Imagine yourself seven days away from your own wedding, preparations shift to overdrive, emotions are running high, time to yourself – none. Where would you place ‘groom hit with appendicitis’ on the old wedding emergency scale?!
For Tim and Dana those seven days leading up to the wedding exemplified the true meaning of love and support between two people and their families. For myself, it was just a pleasure to witness. On the day the traditional Muslim ceremony was a perfect complement to the festivities that followed; family and friends dancing in the sun, amazing customary Malaysian food and bit of relaxation time for the bride and groom. During our photo session at the end of the day I felt like I was simply hanging out with two friends.
Dana, your natural smile is a wonder, and reveals to us just a glimpse of your caring nature. And Tim, you are a true gentleman in every sense of the word.
Great food, beautiful families and a healthy dose of tradition and culture. That’s how I’ll remember Tim and Dana’s November wedding.
